(Tommy Hunt & his New Flamingos - Roger Subirana - Why Josephine)

El projecte Precious Moments Live ajunta tres grups molt diferents en el seu estil, però amb l'ànima conjunta del Soul, com la música entesa feta des de dins. La casualitat va brindar l'oportunitat de conèixer al cantant de soul Tommy Hunt, una de les llegendes vives del soul americà dels 50, conegut sobretot per la seva participació a la banda de doo-wop “The Flamingos”. Why Josephine, no va perdre l'oportunitat de poder involucrar-se en un tema composat pel mateix Tommy Hunt. Amb el projecte per davant de fer una adaptació diferent del tema, va proposar al productor musical Roger Subirana unir-se també a l'aventura.
D'aquests ingredients ha sortit la versió que esteu escoltant del “Precious Moments”. Una cançó escrita per un soulman, arranjada per un compositor digital I interpretada per un grup de pop-folk català.
Ara teniu l'oportunitat d'escoltar les tres bandes en directe, fent els seus propis repertoris I durant un moment del concert, les tres formacions s'uniran interpretant la cançó fent-vos viure uns “Precious Moments”. __________________________________
El proyecto Precious Moments Live junta tres grupos muy diferentes en su estilo, pero con el alma conjunta del Soul, como la música entendida hecha desde dentro. La casualidad brindó la oportunidad de conocer al cantante de soul Tommy Hunt, una de las leyendas vivas del soul americano de los 50, conocido sobre todo por su participación en la banda de doo-wop "The Flamingos". Why Josephine, no perdió la oportunidad de poder involucrarse en un tema compuesto por el mismo Tommy Hunt. Con el proyecto por delante de hacer una adaptación diferente del tema, propuso al productor musical Roger Subirana unirse también a la aventura.
De estos ingredientes ha salido la versión que está escuchando del "Precious Moments". Una canción escrita por un soulman, arreglada por un compositor digital e interpretada por un grupo de pop-folk catalán.
Ahora tienes la oportunidad de escuchar las tres bandas en directo, haciendo sus propios repertorios Y durante un momento del concierto, las tres formaciones se unirán interpretando la canción haciéndoos vivir unos "Precious Moments".

Precious Moments Live Project has brought together three groups from very different styles and backgrounds. The Catalan group 'Why Josephine' met the singer 'Tommy Hunt' and he offered one of his songs to be recorded by them. They then proposed to  the producer 'Roger Subirana' to join the adventure.This is how the version of 'Precious Moments' you are listening to became reality. A song written by a soulman, arranged by a digital composer and performed by a Catalan pop-folk group.

Tommy is a living legend first establishing himself in the 1950s with the world famous doo-wop band 'The Flamingos'. He has now created ' His New Flamingos' a collective of the best soul musicians working in Barcelona, and together they are doing  gigs throughout Europe.

We hope you have the opportunity to see these artists playing live, each one doing their own show, then joining together to play to you (some) 'Precious Moments'.
